  • Where do you send plants everywhere?
    We send plants within Slovakia and the Czech Republic
  • How can you get to the plants?
    There are four ways: Personal collection in the Old Town at Palisády 11 during opening hours (Monday, Wednesday and Friday 10:00-18:00, Tuesday and Thursday 11:00-19: 00 a.m. and on Saturdays 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. in Stará Tržnica - SNP Square 25 (not regularly) Delivery within Bratislava Shipping via DPD courier. Courier is nowadays the most reliable and fastest means of delivery. First, you don't have to go to the post office, the package is delivered to the specified address directly to your home or work (within 1-2 days after ordering it, so the plants don't stay in the box for long, whether during the summer or winter months) and you can avoid it like this contact with more people Packeta - delivery points.
  • On which days are the plants sent by packet?
    We send the plants by packet 3 days a week (Monday - Wednesday) to minimize the risk that the plants will remain in the depot for the weekend. The price per packet within the Slovak Republic is 3.5 euros and within the Czech Republic is 4.9 euros. We only send smaller shipments this way.
  • On which days are the plants sent by courier?
    We send the plants by courier 3 days a week (Monday - Wednesday), as the courier company does not guarantee delivery within 24 hours, in order to minimize the risk that the plants will remain in the depot for the weekend. The price for the courier is 4.9 euros. For purchases over 100 euros, delivery by courier is free.
  • How often do you deliver within Bratislava?
    We make deliveries once a week in the morning hours. The price of delivery within Bratislava is 2 euros.
  • Can I change the delivery address?
    Yes, if the shipment has not yet been sent, please contact us and we will be happy to change the address.
  • What are the payment methods for plants?
    There are four ways, either transfer to a bank account, online payments by card (online orders) in cash or by card when purchasing at a store.
  • Can I have a plant at home the same day I order it?
    Yes, it is possible as part of personal collection at our store.
  • How can I cancel the order?
    Please contact us via email info@zelenaizba.sk or by phone at the number: +421919170304 and we will be happy to explain the procedure.
  • I received a damaged package, what should I do?
    Plants are fragile goods. Although we try to pack them carefully against damage and, in the colder months, against unfavorable weather, it may happen that they are damaged during transport. Therefore, we ask you to check the shipments immediately upon collection and contact us immediately by sending photos and the order number within 24 hours. We will agree on the next procedure together.
  • Will my plant look the same as in the photo?
    Every single plant is an original, so not one looks the same as the other. However, the plants are healthy and will definitely thrive with proper care:)
  • What should I do if the plant is sold out and I would really like to have it at home?
    Do not hesitate to contact us.
  • Can you get me a plant that I like and want even if you don't have it on the site?
    Yes, we will do everything to get you the plant, please do not hesitate to contact us.
